Pennant awarded £3.8 million Service Provision Contract by MoD

Pennant International Group plc, announces that its training systems subsidiary, Pennant Training Systems Ltd., has been awarded a new service provision contract by the Ministry of Defence for five years with an option for a further 2 years.

The contract is worth an initial £3.8 million and has provision for additional services throughout the life of the contract which could significantly enhance its overall value. The contract is to provide training equipment support at 4 RAF bases including the Defence College for Aeronautical Engineering (‘DCAE’) Cosford and the Army and Royal Navy establishments DCAE Arborfield and DCAE Sultan. It will include maintenance engineering, design and software support to both hardware and software based training systems.
