On the 8th to 10th April, Tom Higgins attended the SAFE Europe Symposium and Exhibition on behalf of Pennant and Capewell, to deliver a presentation on ‘Increasing Real World Safety with Virtual Repetition’. Pennant is pleased to announce details of a potential acquisition and an unconditional fundraising issuing 1,647,160 new ordinary shares to raise in aggregate up to approximately £1.8 million before expenses, details of the exercise of share options and the sale of resultant shares, further guidance as to trading in 2019 and details of new banking facilities. The world skills UK event is held annually and caters for the following: Schools/colleges, employers/organisations, parents, families and young adults. It is free to attend and offers careers advice and skills activities across a huge range of sectors. The Canadian government has awarded a new consulting services contract to Pennant Canada Limited for the use and optimisation of Pennant's OmegaPS suite of supportability software which is used throughout the Canadian Department for National Defence ("DND"), further extending the 18-year consultancy relationship between Pennant and the DND.
