Work commences on tarmacking the entire front, sides and rear car parking areas at Pennant Court, Cheltenham, including the marking of designated parking bays.
These latest works represent the conclusion of an 18 month refurbishment and facilities upgrading programme directly resulting from feedback received from an Employee Opinion Survey. The schedule of works comprised the complete renovation of all toilets, including the disabled facilities on the ground floor. The first floor kitchen has also been redesigned to maximise the use of space, whilst the ground floor office has been re-organised to improve workspace layout and ergonomics. Ceiling tiles and lighting have been replaced and the heating system overhauled.
Pennant CFO Philip Walker said ‘these significant improvements to the infrastructure and working environment at Staverton Court demonstrate our commitment to the future growth and continued success of the business, and follow the recent purchase of two additional commercial premises at Staverton Connection in Cheltenham.’
